WISH HOUSEは、茨城県北に位置する里山ビレッジです。家族連れ、お子様も誰でも参加できる体験型のコミュニティです。日本の里山の景色を守りながら、自然や文化を次世代に繋げる農的ライフスタイルを発信しています。

WISH HOUSEでは年間を通じて、里山での様々な活動を行っています。参加いただける活動の一部をご紹介します。
耕作放棄地を再生し、農薬を使用しないお米づくりを行っています。ちょっとした体験から田んぼシェアまで様々な形で参加いただけます。一緒にお米づくりをしませんか？
We’re reviving abandoned farmland to grow rice without chemicals – join us through quick try-outs or share-a-rice-patch plans, care to plant together?
里山の谷に位置する棚田の耕作放棄地を少しずつ再生し、棚田の景色を再生します。棚田の上の里山の溜池や水路を修復しながら、光の入りにくくなったあれた山林も綺麗に整え風の通る山へ。
We’re slowly bringing back unused fields in the valley terraces, fixing ponds and water paths up the hills, and clearing overgrown woods to let light and wind flow in.
手入れされなくなった里山の森は光も入らず荒れています。また植林によって特定種の木だけが生えた生態系のバランスが崩れた山に「実のなる木」「落葉する木」を植えることで土を豊かにし、動物の生きる森へ。
Overgrown village-wood forests, starved of sun and wild, now welcome fruiting and leaf-shedding trees to heal the soil and turn them into lively homes for animals.
耕作放棄地を再生し、農薬を使用しない「自然農」の考え方でフルーツやお野菜を育てています。主にブルーベリーやリンゴや梨といった果樹や低木を育て、近くにお野菜など一緒に植え、フードフォレスト（食べれる森）を目指しています。
We’re reviving abandoned fields with no-pesticide natural farming to grow fruits like blueberry, apple, pear and handy veggies side by side, building our own tasty food forest.
WISH HOUSE FARMには古民家があります。その古民家を少しずつ改修しコミュニティスペースとして活用できるようにしたいと思っています。
