栃木県の茂木町にぶらりドライブ。
山間に小さなこの村にパン屋さんを見つけた。
雑穀農家さんが営む古民家のおしゃればパン屋。
このお店の夫婦はこの小さな村に移り住み自給自足にチャレンジしているということで彼らの生活をのぞいてみた。
Motegi Town in Tochigi Prefecture is a tiny village surrounded by mountains. I drove there and found this unique family running Bakery. Everything they make is hand made and home grown grains. They say they are trying to live self sustainable life there. I stayed with them for a few days to experience and glimpse their life.
